Job Description :We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Solution Designer to join our team. As a Lead Solution Designer, you will be responsible for architecting end-to-end solutions that address our clients' business needs and technical requirements. You will lead a team of solution architects and collaborate closely with stakeholders to define solution strategies, design scalable architectures, and drive successful implementation projects.Responsibilities :- Lead a team of solution architects and provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ensure the successful delivery of solution designs and projects.- Collaborate with sales, product management, and engineering teams to understand customer requirements, business objectives, and technical constraints.- Define solution strategies and roadmaps that align with customer needs, market trends, and company objectives.- Architect end-to-end solutions that integrate hardware, software, and services to meet customer requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.- Develop detailed solution designs, including system architecture, component specifications, integration points, and implementation plans.- Evaluate technology options, conduct feasibility studies, and make recommendations based on technical merits, cost-effectiveness, and strategic alignment.- Drive innovation and thought leadership by staying abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.- Lead solution presentations, workshops, and discussions with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to communicate technical concepts and gain alignment.- Collaborate with project managers, delivery teams, and external partners/vendors to ensure successful implementation and deployment of solution designs.- Provide ongoing support and expertise during solution implementation, troubleshooting technical issues, and addressing customer concerns.- Participate in solution reviews, post-implementation assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives to refine processes and enhance solution delivery capabilities.Qualifications :- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or similar role in designing and delivering complex solutions in the IT industry.- Strong expertise in enterprise architecture principles, solution design methodologies, and best practices.- Experience leading and managing teams of solution architects, consultants, or engineers.- Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures.- Proficiency in designing solutions involving a combination of on-premises infrastructure, cloud services, and hybrid environments.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non technical audiences.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and drive resolution.- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build consensus among stakeholders.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment (ref:hirist.tech)
