Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams. The Account Manager will also be responsible for developing account plans and tracking progress against key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for all matters specific to your clientele.
- Forge and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and business goals.
- Guarantee timely and effective delivery of solutions tailored to client needs and objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities within your client portfolio and collaborate with the sales team to achieve quotas.
- Regularly report on account status to internal and external stakeholders, offering strategic advice and insights.
- Partner closely with our digital strategy team to drive client success and satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends, applying this knowledge to benefit clients and the company.
Qualifications:
- MBA from a reputable institution, with a focus on Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships in a digital marketing or similar environment.
- Strong ability to network, present, and influence decisions at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
- Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Exceptional project management skills, with an emphasis on prioritizing and meeting tight deadlines.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
