Job Description

Main Objective:
Primarily responsible for managing Region's Operations activity and point of contact for all information for that Region. He/She will also support central Operations team in maintaining and publish relevant MIS. Branch coordinators and Area coordinators will reports to him.
Job Description
He will ensure daily disbursement support at Branches and also manage repayments activities. He will coordinate with State Head and State Credit heads for day to day operations and ensure targets to be completed for the region.
Accuracy, precision and timeliness of the data/information contained in reports provided to the Regional Head ensures quick decisions and onward reporting to Management.
He will report to Branch Operation Head / COO.

The candidate will be required to organize and liaise with his region for successfully carrying out of the work responsibilities entrusted to him/her.
The inclusive list of work responsibilities is as provided below:
i.Support in Customer documentation, Customer Service at Branch, Managing disbursements in system, follow-ups for collections and other supports to HO team.
ii.Collect and/or Collate data/information and prepare periodical/daily/need based reports for meeting the various information needs for respective stakeholders.
iii.Generate MIS reports using different tools
iv.Develop and evolve appropriate reporting formats for meeting the various reporting requirements of the company
v.Appropriate record maintenance of the various reports generated and submitted to the management and various departments within the company and various outside authorities, agencies and institutions
vi.Build scalable complete branch operations process, team and process flow under branch-based processing.
vii.Create a login desk to support Business RM/RO for data updation in LOS system and completion of data entries in the system accurately.
viii.Support central operations team in disbursement, repayments, deferral or condition subsequent management liaison through local Branch RM/RO and Credit RM.
ix.Managing customer queries, provides resolution in terms of any customer requests and other activities to support customer deliveries.
x.Support the business with timely and adequate MIS including reporting of TAT, accuracy of processes and quality of operations (FTR)
xi.Build process, controls and fulfill KPIs as defined by superiors.
xii.Optimize the cost of operations through elimination of redundancy, operational efficiency and outsourcing, where required and relevant
xiii.Ensure strong controls and proactively identify and built into the Risk Control Matrices of the functions.
xiv.Maintain clean reports from Internal & Statutory Audits
xv.Build a strong team and manage the moral and motivation of the team by giving effective guidance and empowerment.
xvi.Supported by each Branch, Branch coordinator and data entry operations members under his team.

Experience: 10-15 years in a NBFC or Financial Sector. MSME loans experience will be prefered.

Skills:
1.Good people management skills and good at leading teams
2.Should have a good command of the Local language (Tamil) and any one English/Hindi.
3.Should have a strong understanding of the lending business and the underlying processes
4. Candidate should be open to travel across branches
5. Candidate should have strong communication and interactive skills
6.Strong Project Management skills and capable of prioritization and multi-tasking
7.Should have a good grasp of the risks involved and the associated controls that can help them mitigate these risks
8.Strong customer orientation and servicing experience
9.Prior experience of MSME loans will be an advantage.
