ABOUT THIS ROLE The HR Partner will report into the General Manager of Insight Global’s Professional services division, Evergreen, with a dotted line relationship into US HR leadership. This role will form part of the operational support team enabling Evergreen’s global expansion efforts and will require building relationships with counterparts in the US to support with specialist knowledge.

WHAT YOU’LL DO Onboarding o Create & maintain onboarding documents. o Ensure new hires are set up for first day activities, have access to office space, and have training schedules. o Responsible for the employee experience & creating sense of belonging with all new employees. HR o Provide a first line of advice for all HR-related matters. o Maintain systems with respect to all employees. o Administration of any internal moves & parental leave. o Manage the offboarding process, including paperwork and exit surveys. o Responsible for absence & holiday management. o Create and maintain all HR policies, staying up to date with local legislation. o Support in the development of our HR strategy. Payroll & Benefits o Point of contact or payroll, pensions, and benefits queries in country o Facilitate and manage the full payroll cycle for permanent IG employees. o Ongoing review and management for the payroll & benefits provision inc. systems, processes, allowances, etc. o Responsible for the management of pensions and benefits provision. o Support in the development of payroll and benefits strategy Labor Compliance o Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings. o Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. o Trained and experienced in POSH and other Labor compliance related activities and policies o All other job duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED o Live our values of “Everyone Matters”, “We Take Care of Each Other”, “Leadership Is Here To Serve”, “High Character And Hard Work Above All Else”, and “Always Know Where You Stand”​ o Minimum Master's / Bachelor’s degree o 10 – 15 Years of HR experience with minimum 5 years of HRBP Role o Strong knowledge of COE functions like, Talent Management, Performance Management, etc. o Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. o Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leaders. o Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. o Adept at designing frameworks & processes from scratch basis organizational needs

Other must-haves? o Experience in IT Services is ideal. o Experience with GreyTHR, UKG, ATS, Naukri etc
