Role Description

EnableX is seeking a full-time Solution Sales Specialist for our Noida location. As part of our sales team, this role supports the direct sales efforts of the company, through identifying and qualifying new customer opportunities, developing and managing customers from inception to the final stage of sales. This hybrid role welcomes work from home flexibility that does not impede the successful execution of expected duties and targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or technology or a related field.
  • 5 or more years of sales or business development experience in SaaS / Cloud-based environment
  • Experience selling CPaaS and cloud-based solutions in Healthcare, Telecom, BFSI, Education, Retail, and E-commerce Experience working with Salesforce CRM, and other lead generating and pipeline management platforms.
  • Experience creating and delivering to sales targets and goals, working under a commission-based structure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
  • Ability to demonstrate a track record of exceeding sales targets, leading key initiatives, and proposing strategic solutions to business challenges.
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional and virtual teams.
  • Experience with technology products and a strong technical aptitude preferred.
  • Experience in a start-up and international experience will be an added advantage.
