Inside Sales Manager Inside Sales Manager As the Inside Sales Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our growth by qualifying inbound leads, handling inquiries, and closing smaller deals within your territory. You'll be the rst point of contact for many potential customers, and your ability to build relationships, understand their needs, and present solutions effectively will be key to our success. This role carries a target to generate revenue of USD 250K quarterly from all the inbound deals and doing upsells within assigned accounts. Responsibilities: Lead Qualication: Receive and qualify inbound leads from various channels, including website inquiries, email campaigns, and partner referrals. Assess customer needs, pain points, and budget to determine t forNeedl.aisolutions. Route qualied leads to the appropriate sales team for further development and closing. Inquiry Handling: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Provide clear and concise information aboutNeedl.ai's products and services. Address customer concerns and objections effectively. Deal Closing: Close smaller deals within your designated territory, exceeding sales targets and quotas. Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth onboarding for new customers. Develop strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty. Team Collaboration: Provide briengs about enterprise deals to relevant teams, ensuring seamless handoff for larger opportunities. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize the sales process. Share best practices and contribute to the overall sales strategy. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement. Generate reports and present insights to leadership. Continuously seek ways to improve eciency and effectiveness. Qualications: 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry. Proven track record of success in qualifying leads, handling inquiries, and closing deals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Prociency in CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Experience managing clients across different time zones, including India and the US, is a strong plus.
