Job Description:

CAD (NX, Solid Edge, and Teamcenter Visualization): Provide technical support to CAD users, addressing software issues, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Assisting users with software installation, configuration, and licensing. Participating in software testing and validation activities to ensure product quality. Documenting and maintaining support processes, procedures, and user guides. Collaborating with engineering teams to understand software requirements and provide configured solutions. Assist in the planning and execution of software upgrades, patches, and updates for Teamcenter Visualization tools.

NX CAD Development: Developing and customizing NX CAD software solutions to meet specific business requirements. Writing and maintaining code in NX Open (C, C++, .Net), the programming interface for NX CAD, to automate tasks, create custom features, and enhance functionality. Participating in software design and architecture discussions to ensure the scalability, maintainability, and performance of developed solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software developers, engineers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

NX, Solid Edge, Jack and Teamcenter Visualization: Leading and managing the upgrade process for NX CAD, Solid edge, Teamcenter Visualization and Jack software across the organization. Assessing the current state of CAD installations, configurations, and customizations. Planning and coordinating the upgrade strategy, including version compatibility, data migration, and system testing. Assess CAD integration requirements and develop strategies to seamlessly connect CAD software with Teamcenter PLM. Design and implement data migration plans to transfer CAD models, drawings, and associated metadata into Teamcenter. Develop and maintain CAD data standards, naming conventions, and metadata schemas to ensure consistency and data quality. Developing and documenting upgrade procedures, including backup and rollback plans. Conducting pilot tests and user acceptance testing to validate the upgraded software. Monitoring and troubleshooting any issues or performance concerns during and after the upgrade. Documenting the upgrade process, including lessons learned and best practices.
