We are looking for dynamic and driven Sales Engineer to join our sales team. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth. The successful candidate will have to have a combination of technical expertise and strong sales skills and a talent to identify potential customers, negotiate and bag the order. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives. Identify potential customers, generate leads, and build a robust sales pipeline. Collaborate closely with the engineering and project management teams to understand project requirements, technical specifications, and scope of work. Prepare and negotiate project contracts, including pricing, terms, and conditions, while adhering to company policies and profitability targets Negotiate and Finalise orders with Customers Follow up and track payments with Customers Attend to customer feedback, maintain healthy communication and long term relations with all Clients Education B.Tech/ B.E/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Desired Candidate Profile Proven experience in technical sales, preferably as a Sales Engineer, within the project-based industry (e.g., water industry, food industry, oil and gas industry, etc) Proficiency in M.S Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
