Job description
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall objectives
2. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
3. Conduct performance evaluations, utilizing HR analytics to provide valuable insights and recommendations
4. Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR matters, including policies and procedures
5. Handle employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution
6. Oversee training and development initiatives, identifying and addressing skills gaps within the organization
7. Stay updated on HR industry trends and best practices, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes
