Overview

As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, creating sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service through outbound and inbound calls. Your communication and persuasion skills will be vital in convincing potential customers to engage with our products or services. Your ability to build rapport and provide accurate information will contribute to the overall success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and secure appointments
  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, support, and sales opportunities
  • Understand and promote the products or services offered by the organization
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities
  • Keep accurate records of calls and sales activities
  • Follow up with potential leads and customers
  • Meet or exceed call volume and sales targets
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
  • Adhere to scripts and guidelines when handling different calls
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to persuade and influence others effectively
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent follow-up skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to adapt to different communication styles
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Previous training in telemarketing techniques is a bonus
