Role: Business Development Associate Employment arrangement: Full time/ Internship (eventually a full-time role) Experience: 0 to 1 year Qualification: tech/finance/marketing background Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel) Work mode: Hybrid (3 days from office, 2 days remote) Workdays: Monday to Friday Work timings: US shift (when working remotely)

Key Responsibilities:

Major duties include Inside Sales activities like lead generation; requirement gathering, presenting demos, providing sales support, and thus selling company services to the target customers in the international markets. Prospect and qualify leads, as well as schedule appointments. Outbound calling to the US for qualifying leads and converting them into meetings for the Sales Team Writing emails, follow-ups, campaigns, and CRM database management Consulting services experience, plus open to dialing for other sectors and regions Proven experience in nurturing client relationships and retaining business opportunities.

Skill Set:

Freshers with excellent communication. Should be comfortable with US shift and cold calling. Excellent negotiation skills. Should be interested in lead generation.
