Business Manager

Job description

As a Business Manager, South Asia, you are responsible to ensure that all operations run smoothly and align with quality standards. You are responsible to maximize the efficiency of all business procedures, ensure processes meet our business objectives and compliance. This position will report to the Head of South Asia.

Local Regulatory Compliance and Reporting
Ensure compliance with RBI regulatory requirements at all time
Work closely with global compliance team and manage responsibilities for 360T India
Be abreast and inform of regulatory environment and be local specialization point
Represent 360T India in regulatory forums whenever required

Corporate Compliance and Regulations
Ensure total compliance with all the extant laws, rules and regulations as much as applicable to 360T India
Ensure compliance of all reporting/submission requirements with local authority boards

Tax Compliance and Regulations
Ensure financial books make available the requisite information for tax submission/ compliance/reporting/payments purposes
Working knowledge of documentation submission procedures under the Income tax act and GST act
Liaise closely with accountants to ensure timely and ever-ready availability of information for tax purposes
Ensure 100% tax compliance

Financial Accuracy and Reporting
Ensure compliance with internal accounting requirements diligently
Work closely with our accountants to ensure that all financial reporting is accurate and meet regulatory requirements
Coordination of calculation of deferred taxes and tax provisions with our partners and Finance Team
Support Central Billing Team by
Assisting in the preparation of outgoing invoices
Monthly distribution of outgoing invoices (accounts receivable)
Contact person for customer queries (invoicing)
Manage and review vendor accounts, invoices and payments
Bank liaison in KYC renewal process or any other requests
Act as the on-site financial liaison with the head office accounting team

Human Resources Management
General HR Management: taking a critical view of HR operations to identify opportunities to improve internal controls
Work closely with APAC HR team to manage the local Onboarding / Offboarding process are in line with global standard
Assist in the implementation of policies in line with APAC or global requirements
Work closely with local payroll provider and APAC HR team to manage and administer payroll

Office Management
Ensure functional serviced office is available for continuity of business operations.

YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor/ Master Degree, preferably in Business Administration
5+ years of experience in managing regulatory affairs, compliance and finance
Detail-oriented, highly motivated team player
Fluency in written and spoken English
Working knowledge on SAP/Tally is an added advantage
