Role Objective The UAV Assembly amp; Integration Engineer will play a crucial role in the assembly, integration, and static testing of our UAV systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of mechanical, electronic, and mechatronic components to deliver high-quality UAVs that meet or exceed client specifications.
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities - UAV Assembly:Execute the assembly of UAV components, including airframes, propulsion systems, avionics, and payloads, following engineering drawings and specifications.
- Integration:Integrate mechanical, electronic, and mechatronic components to ensure the optimal functionality and performance of the UAV system.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough testing procedures to verify the performance, safety, and reliability of assembled UAVs. Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during testing.
- Documentation:Maintain detailed records of assembly and integration processes, creating documentation to facilitate troubleshooting, maintenance, and future improvements.
- Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, software, and testing teams, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the UAV development lifecycle.
- Continuous Improvement:Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly and integration processes, efficiency, and overall product quality.
Qualifications amp; Experience - Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in UAV assembly and integration.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electronic, and mechatronic systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics.
- Hands-on experience with UAV assembly tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Working Conditions - This is a full-time position based in Noida, UP that may require shift working, occasional evening or weekend work.
- May require travel to other locations of the company.
