Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Executive to join our team at Vibrant Staffing Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a Real Estate Executive, you will be responsible for handling real estate transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing properties. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate, strong knowledge of residential and commercial real estate, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana.
Qualifications and Skills

- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial real estate
- Proven track record of successful real estate transactions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid real estate license
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle real estate transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing properties
- Assist clients in finding suitable residential or commercial properties based on their requirements
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends in the real estate industry
- Evaluate properties and provide accurate property valuations
- Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and facilitate the closing process
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders
- Stay updated with the latest real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create property listings and promotional materials
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from clients
