Position Overview:
We are in search of an accomplished Head of Real Estate Fund, ideally with a strong background in investment banking or fundraising within the real estate sector. This pivotal position involves leading the creation, strategic direction, and expansion of a real estate investment fund focused on financing our innovative resort living projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate
strategic insight, a track record in significant capital raising, and profound knowledge of real estate investments to propel financial growth and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fund Strategy and Execution: Lead the formation and strategic direction of a real estate fund, ensuring compliance,
operational excellence, and market competitiveness.
• Capital Acquisition: Drive capital-raising efforts from institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, and other sources, aiming to meet and surpass funding goals for both existing and upcoming real estate projects.
• Investor Engagement: Foster and maintain relationships with a diverse investor base, providing regular updates on fund performance and real estate market opportunities.
• Market Intelligence: Perform sophisticated market research to uncover investment opportunities, using these insights to inform fund investment strategies and project selections.
• Financial Leadership: Oversee the fund's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, while ensuring regulatory compliance and fiscal responsibility.
• Team and Project Leadership: Promote cross-functional collaboration, aligning fund goals with the broader organizational objectives, and cultivating a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in investment banking, fund management, or similar roles, with a notable record in real
estate fund establishment and capital raising.
• Deep understanding of financial modeling, real estate economics, investment analysis, and portfolio management.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, analytical thinking, and executive communication.
• Proven track record in investor relations and capital raising specifically for real estate projects.
• Leadership skills with the capacity to motivate and manage high-performing teams.
