Junior Event Coordinator: Assists in the coordination and planning of events, including managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors, and providing on-site support. Supports the senior event management team in executing successful events. Junior Event Assistant: Provides administrative and logistical support for event planning and execution, including managing event materials, coordinating schedules, and assisting with communication between event stakeholders. Junior Event Planner: Assists in the organization and execution of events, including researching venues, creating event timelines, and providing support for event logistics. Works closely with senior event planning staff to ensure successful event outcomes. Junior Event Production Assistant: Supports the event production team in various tasks, such as setting up event spaces, managing equipment, and assisting with technical aspects of event production. Junior Event Marketing Coordinator: Assists in implementing marketing strategies for events, including social media management, content creation, and supporting promotional activities to drive event attendance and engagement. Junior Event Sales Representative: Supports the event sales team in selling event sponsorships, partnerships, and tickets, as well as in providing customer service and managing client relationships. Junior Event Operations Coordinator: Assists in managing the operational aspects of events, including coordinating with vendors, overseeing event setup and breakdown, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
