Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility:
Coordinate with partner’s integration/ technical team to design and documents all software integrations for third party integration process and recommend alternatives depending on objective of the integration.
Review all integrations to ensure that integration done by the technical partner is achieving the objectives laid down in the design specification.
Participate as the NASSCOM representative in integration discussions to ensure that all open questions are asked and resolved.
Ensure that data flow is accurate and complete across all integrations, including reconciliation framework, as applicable.
Test all integrations and ensure that all bugs/issues are resolved along with technical partner.
Work with the technical partner to ensure resolution to any issues on the platform arising due to integration challenges.
Work on other technology related aspects, as required from time to time.
Preparation and submission of periodic status reporting to management.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
BCA / MCA / BSC(IT) / MSC(IT) / BE / B.Tech
Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT industry in technology domain.
Atleast 3 years of experience in IT integration. Experience in Marketplace domain integration will be an added advantage.
Sound knowledge of integration method and technologies.
Ability to set goals, set up review cadence and achieving agreed outcomes.
Ability to manage different stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills, innovative attitude, flexible, proactive, service-minded and a strong team player.
Good oral and written communication with attention to details.
