Job Description :We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to join our Infrastructure Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Confluence, with a profound understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in guiding the team through the Agile process, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the team stays organized and progresses smoothly on projects. This role requires excellent skills in requirements gathering, requirements analysis, problem-solving, and documentation to build detailed project outlines based on initial requests.Key Responsibilities :- Serve as the Scrum Master for the Infrastructure Team, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews, ensuring adherence to Agile Scrum methodologies.- Utilize Azure DevOps for sprint tracking and backlog management, maintaining clear and detailed project documentation within Confluence.- Guide the team in the use of Power BI for data analysis and reporting, ensuring data-driven decision-making.- Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements, converting them into actionable tasks for the team.- Promote and maintain a continuous improvement culture, encouraging the team to identify and implement process improvements.- Resolve impediments and challenges facing the team, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to ensure project milestones are met.- Act as a liaison between the technical team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and progress.- Provide coaching and support to team members on Agile practices, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably within an infrastructure or IT environment.- Proficient in Azure DevOps, Power BI, SNOW and Confluence.- Demonstrated understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with the ability to apply them effectively in project management.
