About the Role
The Chokhi Dhani Group is searching for a talented and passionate Cook to join their team at the Chairman's Villa. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious and authentic Indian cuisine for the Chairman and their guests. You will play a key role in ensuring the kitchen is maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of Indian dishes to the Chairman's preferences and for guest meals.
- Maintain a high standard of presentation for all meals.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, hygienic, and organized at all times.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Order and maintain stock levels of kitchen supplies.
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience cooking Indian cuisine, preferably in a high-end establishment.
- Strong knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to prepare a variety of dishes from different regions of India.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Impeccable hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Ability to read, write, and converse fluently in English.
- Valid Indian Passport with at least 2 years validity.
