Job description
Design simulations , job aids , assessment questions , etc . to support courseware .
Design storyboards , content maps and audio scripts Conduct design and content reviews effectively and in a timely manner . Assist with content deployment and testing . Create and develop training and documentation design and strategy and standards Define content , review , and approval workflow for training documentation . Coach and review the work of the other Learning Designers . Attend scoping , kick-off meetings with stakeholders to understand the brief . Responsible to validate the quality of training content with robust quality assurance processes . QualificationsRequirement : Demonstrated experience in HTML5 , Articulate Storyline , and Rise , Camtasia and Captivate with the ability to develop creative e-learning and digital learning solutions . A strong background in Instructional Design in adult learning ideally in a commercial environment . Visual design skills with the ability to build graphics for courses(Photoshop , Illustrator) . Ability to work in an agile environment , delivering to tight timeframe across multiple projects . Ability to write effective copy , instructional text , audio scripts / video scripts . Highly developed technical writing ability and verbal communication skills with experience in developing blended learning solutions . Knowledge of Learning Management System .
