About This Opportunity Handling VAS Operations and maintaining service availability for VAS nodes with proper work focus for Alarm handling, support Hardware/software/configuration related issues, configuration of all Nodes pertaining to VAS domains and emergency handling/outage Support for VAS and IMS nodes/products/network.
What You Will Do - To ensure configuration/upgrades/updates on various SAPC PCRF, SMSC and MMSC nodes monitoring and review of TT, CR and AT on daily basis.
- To ensure MSTOP Processes are followed in the Workplace
- To ensure Password policies, security policies and audits are properly & periodically followed.
- To contribute in the creation and improvements to procedures and routines within the department / group.
You will bring - Ensuring a smooth operation of the GSM,TCP-IP.
- Be part of a team managing specific VAS Network activities associated with Mobile GSM(2G,3G,4G) Network.
- Administrating VAS and Support Systems.
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance.
- Planned Maintenance (Health Checks, Backups etc.).
- Problem Escalations and Follow-ups (CSR).
- Performance Analysis & Investigation.
- Interface with Customer, 3PP and Ericsson Departments.
- Ensure smooth and quality system/service handover from Project.
- Troubleshooting/Fault finding/RCA in configuration/hardware/software.
- Outage/emergency reporting.
- Adherence to Processes.
- To undertake any other reasonable task as assigned.
Key Qualification: - Education: Graduate in Engineering.
- Experience: 3-8 years.
