Fresh Prints is an NYC-based custom apparel startup. We find incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools.

As a Jr Sales Development Representative, you'll directly be responsible for laying the foundation to a very successful relationship with a client by kick-starting their journey with us!
The Jr. Sales Development Representative powers the growth of Fresh Prints. As a Jr. SDR, you'll be planning and optimizing outbound sales campaigns, and ideating through new customer acquisition funnels. We need an enthusiastic team player who has strong business acumen, natural sales instincts, solid technical aptitude with amazing communication skills!
Description Of The Role As a member of our Sales team, you're going to have a wide ranging group of responsibilities and goals. On a day to day basis, this means:
- Conducting sales research for the US region
- Build the sales strategy plan for the region
- Identify and create sales development strategies with potential customers at all levels
- Identify new opportunities in the region and devise engagement plans that map product capabilities to achieve customer business goals
- Work with the internal sales and marketing teams to increase opportunities and maximize revenue
- Stay updated with the changing technologies in the industry for effective communication with clients
- Share best practices with teams and clients to ensure product success with Fresh Prints
Qualifications - Proficient with excel, G Suite, and CRM tools preferred
- Open to fresh graduates!
- 1 year of sales, customer service, business development, or operations experience is preferred
- Must have the ability to articulate product options and advantages
- Must have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw conclusions from campaign results

Compensation & Benefits - Base salary of $400 per month

Details - This is a remote job
- The job would be on a rotational shift basis with weekend coverage
- Timings will be from 8:30 PM - 4:30 AM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM (all timings are in EST)
