We are looking for talented candidates who would support us on below position.

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Communications department as a Pre Sales Quotation specialist. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. The Pre Sales Quotation specialist will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely quotations for potential customers, ensuring that all customer requirements are met and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Prepare and deliver accurate and timely quotations for potential customers, ensuring that all customer requirements are met. - Collaborate with the sales team to gather necessary information and understand customer needs. - Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate pricing and product information. - Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide suitable recommendations. - Collaborate with various departments, including design and production, to ensure accurate and timely quotations. - Follow up with potential customers to answer any questions or provide additional information as needed. - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships. - Maintain accurate records of quotations, sales activities, and customer interactions in the company's CRM system. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position the company's products and services.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer communications department. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately. - Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Knowledge of the industry and understanding of customer needs and preferences. - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
