Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Trishla Industries. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies for expanding the company's reach into new markets. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients and partners, negotiating contracts and deals, and managing a team of sales representatives. Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in B2B Food Industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in the food processing industry or related field is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Ability to travel frequently for business purposes In addition, candidates should have experience with market research and analysis, business strategy development, and sales management. Knowledge of sustainability practices and a passion for eco-friendly initiatives is also a plus.Job tags
