Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Patent Writer at NAYAN located in Delhi, India. The Patent Writer will be responsible for writing and preparing patent applications, managing patent prosecution, and ensuring patentability. Additionally, the candidate will assist with conducting patent research and aiding in the process of filing for patents. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Patent Law and Patent Prosecution processes Excellent Patent Application and Patent Preparation skills Experience in conducting Patentability searches and analysis Strong research and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in law, engineering, or related field Experience in the computer vision and machine learning industry is a plus Relevant certifications or degrees in Patent Law would be beneficial.Job tags
