Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a background in Civil Engineering to join our team as a Real Estate Site Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of our real estate development projects, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards of quality and sustainability.

Responsibilities:

1. Site Coordination : Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective communication and coordination between various stakeholders.
2. Project Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, permits, and compliance records.
3. Quality Control : Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and environmental regulations.
4. Budget Oversight : Assist in budget management by tracking project expenses, reviewing cost reports, and identifying areas for cost optimization.
5. Timeline Management : Work closely with project teams to develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
6. Safety Compliance : Enforce safety protocols and standards on the construction site, promoting a secure working environment for all team members.
7. Problem Resolution : Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project, working proactively to prevent potential challenges.
8. Environmental Sustainability : Contribute to the company's commitment to environmental sustainability by implementing eco-friendly practices in construction and development.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. Proven experience in real estate development or construction management.
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
4. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
7. Familiarity with environmental sustainability practices in construction is a plus.
