Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Source and recruit potential candidates for our training programs in US IT Recruitment, UK Recruitment, and Domestic Recruitment.
2. Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their suitability for our training programs.
3. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and develop a strong candidate database.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with the training team and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
5. Collaborate with the training team to ensure that the training programs are in line with industry requirements and job market demands.
6. Build and maintain positive relationships with our candidates and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
7. Participate in job fairs, career fairs, and other related events to promote our training programs and increase candidate engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.. Fresher can also Apply .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for helping candidates achieve their career goals. Familiarity with industry trends and job market demands. Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
