Role : Manager-Engineering and Projects (Food Manufacturing)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• B.E. (Mechanical) with 7+ Yrs experience in Food Processing or Food Manufacturing Industry driving innovation and improvement projects, implement TPM, manage spare parts, work with vendors to develop Location (kitchen) accessories for improving the Efficiency, monitor utilities, provide training to the team members.
• Must have skills & knowledge to build maintenance plan and schedule for equipment & accessories including civil, mechanical electrical, plumbing work, furniture & fixtures
• Must have skills to develop and adhere to preventive maintenance schedule as per the daily /weekly/ monthly schedule
• Must have skills to Coordinate with others in planning, warehouse, receiving and vendor representatives on timing of effective changeovers
• Must have skills to Troubleshoots, performs major and minor repairs and preventive maintenance as required to ensure equipment reliability and on-going production operation.
• Must have skills for effective develop and manage vendors
• Should be able to build engineering drawings, conceptualise and develop customized requirements, and develop vendors to execute
• Negotiate price- commercial terms & agreements with vendors
• Ensuring on-time and quality material from vendors
• Must be a competent to Share knowledge and must have knowledge to develop maintenance skills in operators
• Should have knowledge of XL, ppt and word etc and should be able to work on ERP
