Entry-Level Accountant will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining our financial records and ensuring our financial operations run smoothly

Job Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Manage and process incoming and outgoing invoices.
Track company expenses and process reimbursements.
Assist the founder in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
Support in the creation and management of company budgets.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Support the processing of company payroll and related tasks.
Perform monthly bank statement reconciliations.
Aid in reviewing financial data and preparing reports for management decisions.
Monitor cash flow and provide updates and reports to the management.
Other Expectations
A Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a high level of integrity are essential.
Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is highly desirable.
Demonstrate high levels of accuracy in all tasks and responsibilities.
Exhibit the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner, optimizing work processes as needed.
Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions and communications.
