Position : Senior Manager/ Manager, Business Finance (Sales & Marketing)
Company : Large Auto-sector Location : Gurgaon, Haryana Responsibilities : Monthly/Yearly Volume forecast, evaluation of Product/variant mix to maximize profitability. Handle pricing decision making, Competition Analysis and Impact of pricing decisions on overall financials. Competition benchmarking of dealer margins/earnings. Evaluation of customer schemes, dealer Incentives, Impact analysis. Keep check on material cost changes e.g. localization/engineering changes for each product to support business decision making. Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes, consolidate and present Budgeted P&L, Balance sheet, Cashflow, Key analysis aligning with corporate Goals & Vision Prepare detailed month-end financial reports and analyze variances against budget and forecasts. Highlighting key risk and opportunities to management which can impact overall P&L of the organization. Support management in business decision makings. New programs/business cases/ad-hoc analysis. Month end closings, forecasting, management reviews. Qualifications/ Skills: CA/ Top MBAb 6-10 years in-depth experience in business finance or FP&A Strong preference for auto-sector experience in business finance/ FP&A In depth knowledge of excel and financial modeling Excellent analytical, decision making and problem solving skills Interpersonal skills and Stakeholder managementJob tags
