Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing daily sales activities, creating leads and opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid role, and some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales, Sales, Account Management skills
• Experience with lead generation and creating sales opportunities
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to create effective strategies
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Superior customer service skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Experience in the technology industry or related field is a plus
• Experience with CRM tools is preferred
