Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Outreach Manager to join our team at Teacher Pool. As the Community Outreach Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage with the community and promote the CAIE School program. This is a senior-level position requiring a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience. The job is located in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, and is a full-time role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in organizing events in Child Rights, Education, Entrepreneurship, Community Development
• Domain knowledge in Social Development, Social Work, Education, Entrepreneurship, and Child Rights
• Graduate in Social Work (MSW) or Bachelor of Social Work (BSW)
• Proven experience in community outreach and engagement
• Strong knowledge of child rights and right to education policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in organizing events and workshops
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
• Passion for education and making a positive impact in the community

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community outreach strategies to promote the CAIE School program
• Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for community engagement activities
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, NGOs, and educational institutions
• Organize and participate in events, workshops, and seminars to raise awareness about the CAIE School program
• Coordinate and manage volunteer programs to support community initiatives
• Collect and analyze data on community needs and feedback to inform program improvements
• Stay updated on child rights and right-to-education policies to ensure alignment with the CAIE School program
• Identify and pursue partnership opportunities to enhance community outreach efforts
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of community outreach activities
• Supervise and guide community outreach team members.
