ey Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process including job postings screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
- Support HR team in maintaining employee records and documentation.
- Aid in the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and training programs.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and principles.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn about HR practices and processes.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
