Job description
Education: B.E. Computer Science/IT degree (or any other engineering discipline)
Experience: 3 + years
Position Requirements:
- Hands-on, technical Quality professional with 3+ years of software development experience in Agile quality organizations and/or project management.
- Experience contributing to agile development teams and driving agile quality processes.
- Experience delivering SaaS systems/platforms, modern Javascript applications, or other web-based products.
- Understanding of web browsers, servers, security, APIs, and performance.
- Understanding of test automation frameworks and CI/CD.
- Ability to code proficiently in a modern development language.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated test cases using the same coding languages as the engineers
- Ensure automated test scripts are efficiently and effectively using different automation framework tools and techniques for data and application testing
- Analyze the development code to build an effective automation test script to cover technical and business integration
- Build Integration, End to End, Regression, and Performance tests in an automated fashion
- Ensure automation code conforms to branching strategy resulting in high-quality automation deliverables
- Integrate test automation code into CI/CD pipeline
