The Position
As a Process Lead at Novo Nordisk, you will have the following responsibilities:
Your main responsibility will be to govern the production plan across the platform. You will emphasize supply chain imbalances encountered in the 0-3 months plan and ensure clear communication with production sites to align and adhere to the plans. Additionally, you will be responsible for timely reporting of data, systems, or process issues that may impact the production plan. You will also report any deviations from established planning processes to the relevant supply chain areas.

The Supply Chain department at Novo Nordisk was established in March 2017 as part of the Product Supply Devices & Supply Chain Management business plan towards 2020. Our goal is to create a robust, ready, and effective supply chain to support our global operations. The Supply Chain Global Service Centre (GSC) is a key part of this plan, focusing on offshoring and consolidating supply chain activities across Novo Nordisk. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to optimizing costs and reducing complexity by operating an effective supply chain.
