Job Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the creative team (designers, copywriters, etc.) for innovative mainline & digital campaigns.
- Oversee the development of digital art, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with copywriting team, providing creative input for compelling digital copy.
- Develop and maintain agency's creative vision for consistent excellence in outputs.
- Stay updated on digital art trends and copywriting best practices.
- Actively engage in client meetings, presenting resonant creative concepts.
- Take ownership of projects, ensuring timely, on-budget, and client-exceeding delivery.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship for a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with other teams for seamless and integrated client campaign approaches.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
- Proven Associate Creative Director in digital agency with focus on digital and mainline art, and some copy oversight.
- Impressive portfolio spanning digital art and design across various platforms.
- Strong design principles for visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences.
- Exceptional written communication, guiding copywriting effectively.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, motivating and leading creative teams.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for clients and stakeholders.
- Thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Recognizes and sees through strong creative ideas.
- Ability to sell ideas to creative team members and clients.
- Thrives under pressure, comfortable with strict timelines.
