Job description
As a Business Development Executive at Skill Xperts Academy, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business expansion and contributing to the overall success of the academy.
Responsibilities - Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
- Utilize gathered insights to develop strategic approaches for business growth.
- Lead Generation:
- Generate new leads through various channels such as cold calls, emails, networking, and social media platforms.
- Nurture leads and manage the lead pipeline effectively.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and address any concerns promptly.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Drive sales by promoting Skill Xperts Academy's courses and offerings to prospective clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets to contribute to the overall revenue growth.
- Partnership Development:
- Identify and establish partnerships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate to create customized training programs and collaborations.
- Collaboration with Marketing:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Provide insights to refine marketing efforts based on client feedback and market trends.
- Attend Events and Networking:
- Represent Skill Xperts Academy at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand the academy's reach and visibility.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports.
- Provide regular updates to the management regarding sales performance.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven exp Job Description experience (0-3 years) in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience in the education or training industry is a plus.
