About the role: We are looking for an
Interaction Designer to join our design team, we are looking for someone who is passionate and truly motivated at simplifying complex business workflows and creates intuitive user experience design solutions.
As an Interaction Designer you will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders and users to design and implement efficient and intuitive user experience design solutions across multiple projects and platforms. You will be involved in understanding the business & user requirements, and translating them into design deliverables like user personas, sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, visual design mockups, and interactive prototypes.
What You'll Do - Engaging with stakeholders & users to understand their needs/pain points and design products and services that are simple, usable and super efficient
- Translate concepts into user flows, design and deliver wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive UX/UI design
- Rapidly test and iterate your designs based on user & business requirements
- Create graphics and web layouts that highlight important insights, clarify complex data, and create a narrative flow to maximize user impact
- Help implement 'lean' design approach to product development where you and the team strive towards creating an MVP early by validating design decisions & learnings that leads to shorter cycle times and more customer value
- Support multiple long- and short-term projects while actively prioritizing workflow based on ROI, and business value generated
What You'll Need - Degree in a related discipline with 1-2 years' experience in UX/UI design solutions based in completely digital environments
- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), human Computer interaction, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns
- Ability to work with a geographically distributed team to understand detailed requirements and design user experiences that meet client needs and business vision
- Fluency with standard design software and tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe, Invision etc.)
- Strong visual design, interaction design, branding, and user experience instincts; ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently
- Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design and innovation.
- Enjoys collaborating with product owners and business analysts to design innovative solutions
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
