Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative associate in UI/UX and Product Manager to join our team. This role is best suited for a candidate with extensive experience in product management and a strong background in UI/UX design. The candidate will be instrumental in shaping both the design and functionality of our products and ensuring their alignment with our overall vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and refinement of the product vision and user experience, ensuring our products meet high standards of usability and customer satisfaction. Direct UI/UX design initiatives, crafting intuitive, visually compelling designs that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Oversee product management tasks, including strategic planning, specification writing, and roadmap development, to guide our product lifecycle from conception to launch. Champion user acceptance testing to verify product features are delivered to specification and perform flawlessly. Collaborate closely with the engineering team and other stakeholders, fostering a unified approach to product development that accelerates innovation and market readiness. Required Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in product management and UI/UX design , with a portfolio that demonstrates excellence in design and successful product launches. Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing their UI/UX design work and product management achievements. Familiarity with user acceptance testing and a basic understanding of quality assurance processes. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks and projects.
