Intellismith is an HR service and technology startup founded in 2019. Currently, have two lines of business (Recruiting and Outsourcing) with teams based out of Noida, Chennai, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune.
We work with BFSI and IT brands like ICICI Bank, Airtel, HDFC Life, Kotak Life, Max Life, HDB Financial Services, Credit Saison, Bajaj Allianz, Bajaj Capital, PayTM, Cigna Manipal, Aditya Birla Capital, Ptronics, Perfios etc.
Job Details - Experience required- 2-3 years into IT Recruitment
- Qualification- Must be a graduate.
- Location- Noida/Remote
- Note- Only candidates who are into domestic should apply
Requirements - Candidate must have a their own laptop/PC.
- Candidate must have a prior incentive proof in their salary slip/account statement.
Job Description - Excellent communication skills.
- For all jobs, manage the complete end-to-end recruitment life-cycle including sourcing & screening, interview coordination, offer roll-out/acceptance, and candidate engagement until the date of joining.
- Source fit-for-role talent through job postings/searches in job boards (Naukri.com), referrals, etc.
- Screening of CV and engaging with the candidate to ascertain the technology skills and experience.
- Coordinate with Intellismith client coordinator/ clients recruitment team for shortlisting confirmation
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure all involved parties are kept informed of schedules and schedule changes.
- Ensuring timely feedback collection and sharing of the feedback with the candidate.
- Assist in offer rollout to the shortlisted candidates and engage with candidates to negotiate on offer when required
