Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain Planning
The Juniper Experience & Operations Program Management Office ensures the delivery of highly effective end-to-end system and integrated process solutions to meet the goals and objectives of Global Services (GS) and Supply Chain Operations (SCO). The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for business systems support, enhancements, and implementation of upgrades and new solutions in the Planning area of Supply Chain Operations , including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, MRP and Build Plan, Inventory Management and Material Planning.
Major responsibilities include close coordination with functional business teams in requirements gathering, prioritization of enhancements and key programs, defining scope, business benefits and cost, and managing testing, training, communications and change management. The role interfaces heavily with IT to collaborate on solution design, end to end testing and bug fixes. The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for monitoring of system performance, validation of data and reports, user access control, test scripts and bug reporting.
Core Skills Required
- Detailed knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain modules, including Demand Management, Supply Planning and Sales & Operations Planning
- Broad Supply Chain Operations business knowledge, including Demand Planning, Material Planning, Supply Planning, MRP and Build Plan, Order Scheduling, Backlog Management, Inventory Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management and Cost Management.
- General knowledge of End-to-End Supply Chain flow in the Manufacturing tech industry and stakeholders involved at every stage.
- Strong understanding of Program Management methodologies and experience of managing multiple projects concurrently
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to review, summarize and explain data, experience with Tableau preferred.
- Strong communication skills, including ability to act as SME, clearly explain requirements and solutions to business teams and IT. Ability to summarize project status effectively to leadership, to engage collaboratively with resources across various internal and external teams, and to escalate appropriately to resolve gaps and enable quick decision making.
Experience
- BA or BS Degree or 10+ years equivalent experience
- Expertise in Planning systems implementation, experience with Oracle Supply Chain Cloud preferred.
- Program Management experience required, including IT-interfacing roles.
- Experience in a Supply Chain operational role, preferably in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, MRP and Inventory Planning.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing & Fulfillment with outsourced manufacturing and 3PL partners for high tech multi-level BOMs.
- Experience in Program Management software such as JIRA, Service Now, MS Project
- Experience in Business Process mapping and documentation
