We are seeking a candidate with FMCG packaging experience, who can handle day to day operations and manages 50 members team.

Relevant Experience: 10+ Years Job Location: Coimbatore

Roles Responsibilities: · Needs to oversee and manage the production process and coordinate all activities for achieving on-time productivity as per production plan · Direct and issue timely instructions to supervisor and operators in order to achieve the production targets. · Forecasting business volume, capacity planning and create new talents · Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency · Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) · Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals · Proactive management of business / operations trends · Manage the team and team leaders under his / her span ensuring adherence to Client, company policies · Making data-driven decisions to enhance delivery performance
