Understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies. 4. Source potential candidates through various channels. 5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. 6. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding. 7. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to establish a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future openings. 8. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to management. 9. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes and outcomes. Minimum experience should be of 8 Years in US IT recruitment.
