Job description
Customer Acquisition:
- Actively prospect and generate leads to expand the customer base.
- Conduct outreach and engage in sales activities to attract new customers.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of the bank s products and services.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of banking products to customers.
Sales Targets:
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Implement strategies to maximize sales and revenue opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Cross-Selling :
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote additional products to existing customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to offer comprehensive banking solutions.
Compliance:
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines.
- Ensure that all sales activities are conducted within legal and ethical standards.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales documentation.
- Prepare and submit required reports on sales activities
