Overview:
The HR Recruiter plays a crucial role in finding attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. They are responsible for sourcing potential candidates conducting interviews and managing the hiring process to ensure the organizations staffing needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Source and screen potential candidates through online channels social media and professional networks
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates relevant knowledge skills experience and aptitudes
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and assessments
- Manage and update the companys applicant tracking system
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate job offers and create employment contracts
- Participate in job fairs and career events to promote the organization and attract potential candidates
- Stay updated on recruiting trends and best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Handson experience with various interview formats and assessment techniques
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
