Job description

Job Overview: As the Centre Manager with a primary focus on sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue generation and achieving sales targets for student enrollments. You will lead a team of three counselors and manage four Business-to-Lead (BTL) telecallers who report to the counselors. Your goal will be to build a high-performance sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and ensure consistent business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate the team of counselors and telecallers, setting clear sales targets and KPIs to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals. - Develop and implement effective enrollment strategies to optimize lead conversion rates and achieve enrollment targets. - Establish performance metrics and conduct regular performance evaluations, providing coaching and training to enhance the team's sales skills. - Continuously improve the sales process, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing streamlined approaches for greater efficiency. - Oversee the management of customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. - Maximizing the conversion of leads into enrollments. - Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and sales. - Generate regular reports on sales performance, enrollment data, and other key metrics, providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making. - Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements within the center's sales operations. - Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field. Proven experience (at least 3-5 years) in sales management, preferably in the education or related industry. Strong sales leadership skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and team members. Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth. Knowledge of counseling and tele calling practices is an advantage. Familiarity with educational products and services is desirable. Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM tools.
