Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance:
- Review and ensure the quality of products uploaded by vendors.
- Collaborate with vendors to maintain and improve product standards.
Seller Support:
- Provide 1on1 support to sellers addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
- Guide sellers on optimizing product listings for better visibility and sales.
Communication Management:
- Respond to messages received by sellers on various platforms including WhatsApp Instagram and Facebook.
- Maintain clear and effective communication channels between the platform and sellers.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detailoriented with a focus on maintaining product quality standards.
- Ability to handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (WhatsApp Instagram Facebook).
