Job Description
- Responsible for business development & sales of insurance products for the location.
- Acquire new corporate and service them for their Insurance requirements
- Serve as an Insurance knowledge resource for the branch and alternate channel teams of group companies in the location
- Ensure good market visibility for the client in the Insurance ecosystem by top quality advisory and service
- Should be able to do complete sales from lead generation to closure.
- Should be capable of working as an indiviidual contributor
- should be ready to do field visits, meet customers, and close sales.
Qualification:
- Should have good understanding and experience with Group Health Insurance, Group Term Insurance, Group Policies, Fire, Theft, Burglary, Residential and commercial insurance products.
- Should have a good network and customer database.
- Should have 3+ experience with Corporate and B2B sales.
- Should have experience with Direct Sales
- Should have field experience and ready to do client visits.
