Job Details

• 3+ Years of experience in International Sales or Business Development.
• Must be fluent in Written and Spoken English
• Understand the Luxury Residential Sales Market of Kerala
• Should be well-versed with software like CRM.
• Make strong connections with potential customers to achieve closures
• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
• Achieving the sales targets with sales team
• Identifying the Property Channel Partners & Associating with organization for the Project Sales
• Work on sales scripts & Targets with Channel parents to ensure the Visits and Sales Target achieved
• Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
• Updating the Leads & Follow-ups on CRM to boost Sales timely
• Responsible for Direct & Channel Sales
• Control expenses and monitor budgets
• Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
• Responsible for the Direct & In-Direct Sales
