1. Hands on experience on LAN / WAN / WLAN / Load Balancer-F5 /Firewall Technologies
2. Understanding of Quality of Service
3. Expertise in Cisco Catalyst, Nexus and Cisco ISE technologies
4. Strong understanding of LAN/WAN Network configuration, Wireless and troubleshooting
5. Hands on exp on F5, Cisco WLC, DNS, DHCP and Nexus.
6. Good communication and analytical skills
7. CCNA, CCNP, ITIL certifications will be added advantage
8. willing to work in US timings and 24x7

Responsibilities:

Act as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) on client engagements.

Responsible for troubleshooting, installing, implementing, and administering network systems and providing tier II and tier III support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Monitoring, Integration, Support/Maintenance.

Provides support for network connectivity or related network issues for the user community. Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves network problems.

Plans and monitors the installation of network systems. Analyzes network activity and network problems to discover and prevent systematic errors
